Excellent product! I bought it to prevent cold sore recurrences. After a few months of use, I've had great results—no more sores, even after sun exposure.

Cold sore prevention
I’m prone to cold sores after stress or illness. Since taking L-Lysine daily, I haven’t had a cold sore. If I forget to take it, an outbreak follows when I’m unwell. I have used it for several years.
